- Initial Interview: Meeting with you in your home to determine your goals, understand your dreams and also identify any concerns.
- Letter of Agreement: Written confirmation of the project scope and fees – to help alleviate any surprises along the way.
- Design Development: Check in with you throughout the entire project in order to employ our oversight for impeccable design.
- Design Programing – gather detailed information required to align what you love with where you live.
- Concept Development – explore ideas & develop sketches to identify a design solution that addresses scale, line, texture, color, shape and more
- Spatial Relationships – study traffic, flow, support of functional needs, furniture layout, etc.
- Selection – choose design finishes, materials, furnishings, fabrics, window treatments and accessories
- Design Documentation: Written and drawn documentation of the design solution; finish & fixture specifications for your contractor; technical drawings for remodeling, lighting plans, custom cabinets and custom furniture. No detail is too small.
- Execution & Supervision: Visit construction sites to guide and assist your contractors; place furniture orders; oversee fabrication of custom items; arrange and supervise delivery and installation.
